Monthly Maintenance Pricing Packages
If you need on-going assistance updating your Wix, Strikingly, Weebly or Shopify website content on a daily, weekly or monthly bases we offer monthly maintenance packages to assist you with any changes without having to quote. The purpose of the monthly packages is to provide you with a reliable trained partner to assist you with your web site when you need it.
One Hour $80 + HST
This package is 1 hour of maintenance work / month, billed on a yearly basis.
Two hours $150 + HST
This package is 2 hours of maintenance work/month, billed on a yearly basis.
Four hours $295 + HST
This package is 4 hours of maintenance work/month, billed on a yearly basis.
How does maintenance work?

You have 1,2 or 4 hours per month (depending on package level) of time each month of on-call web designer availability.

When you have an update, send us the details in an email only and we'll schedule it immediately and give you a guaranteed time for completion.

Currently, we only offer email support, which means all maintenance tickets are communicated and escalated via email.

We keep a detailed log of all updates and accounting for the time spent which we can provide to you whenever you like.
What is considered to be maintenance work?
Typical types of website updates might include:

Adding new content (images, video, new pages, etc.).

Designing visual elements (need a new banner image, a new button, promo graphic, etc.).
​

Technical assistance (you need help doing something yourself on the website).
​

Technical updates (ad-hoc Website version or plugins).

Troubleshooting (repairing broken code or formatting).

Essentially, any update which does not require strategy or marketing expertise is considered maintenance.

Please note: Mayateq Inc is not responsible for vendor platform maintenance, issues directly related to the platform your website resides on (Wix, Shopify, Weebly, etc.) are exempt from our maintenance plan. We can only help you with the original design and content we created on your platform. Any vendor billing or technical issues should be directed toward the vendor only.
